Reminiscent of the famed hand laid mosaic flooring that adorned many of NYC's iconic buildings at the turn of the century, this unique 24" rectified porcelian tile was custom created for the new foodcourt in NYC's Metlife building at 200 Park Avenue. It perfectly captures and creates the nostalgic feel of old New York in a modern way. This porcelain tile was also combined with a series of five different geometric sets of 8" wall tile to differentiate the food service areas. The architectural team, Rockwell Group, perfectly merged the old world feel with a new technique.
